Cloudbeds is looking for a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding in Portugal. You will own and scale the onboarding function for mid-market customers, leading a team responsible for their successful integration.

With 7+ years in hospitality technology and proven leadership experience, you will develop standardized onboarding frameworks and metrics to enhance customer success. The position is designed for someone who can seamlessly manage strategy and execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology, including hands-on customer onboarding experience.
• Proven people-leadership experience in a distributed, global environment.
• Strong project-management foundation applied to complex deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Mid-Market Onboarding team with clear expectations.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market customers, diagnosing execution gaps.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks balancing customization with scalability.
