We Are META is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors ATOSS Consultant (Rhino) to join our team in Portugal. You will configure ATOSS, lead end-to-end implementations, and collaborate with clients across hybrid setups in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon. Fluency in English is required, Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as ATOSS Workforce Management consultant.
• Hands-on expertise configuring, troubleshooting and optimizing ATOSS platform.
• Proven track record delivering at least 3 full ATOSS implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, based in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an ATOSS Workforce Management Consultant;
• Demonstrated hands‑on expertise in ATOSS Workforce Management, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the platform across complex client environments;
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 full end‑to‑end ATOSS implementations, spanning project kick‑off through go‑live;
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level);
• Fluency in Portuguese (at least a B2 Level) is a plus;
• Availability for hybrid model, 1x/week, based in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
