Adecco Permanent Recruitment in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a major SAP project for a telecommunications client. The role focuses on implementing new SAP features and upgrading to a SAP Rise environment, with a hybrid work pattern.

You will work autonomously, own workstreams, and collaborate with HR and technical teams. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; EU citizenship or valid Portuguese permit.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent Portuguese and English – both mandatory.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancements.
• Analyze HR requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors per business needs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support testing and troubleshooting.
• Participate in workshops and design activities.
• Assist integration and data activities as needed.
• Prepare functional docs and deliverables.
• Contribute to SAP transformation and upgrades.

We’re looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a major SAP project for a telecommunications client based in Lisbon.

The project focuses on the implementation of new SAP features and an upgrade to a SAP RISE environment , offering the opportunity to work on a dynamic transformation project within a large enterprise environment.

We’re looking for a consultant who is not only technically strong, but also fully autonomous, proactive and comfortable taking ownership .

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Configure and customise SuccessFactors according to business needs
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams
• Support testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Participate in project workshops and solution design activities
• Support integration and data-related activities where required
• Prepare functional documentation and project deliverables
• Contribute to the SAP transformation and upgrade activities
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables
