SNI sp. z o.o. in Portugal seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join an international client on a full-time, 6-month engagement with possible extension.

Hybrid work is offered (1 day per week in Lisbon or Coimbra) or remote access is available. The role centers on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central, including design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Proven track record in SAP AMS and Project Services environments.
• English is a must; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full lifecycle implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SF Time Off specifications.
• Configure Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Absence Types, Time Profiles, and Work Schedules.
• Set up complex Business Rules, workflows, permission roles (RBP), and approval processes.
• Ensure integration between SF Time Off, Employee Central, Time Tracking, and payroll systems.
• Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support UAT; manage cutover activities and data loads.
• Provide hypercare support and training/documentation for client administrators.

Scope:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central Consultant to join our team for a full-time contract engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full lifecycle implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with client HR/business stakeholders to gather leave, policy, and absence management requirements; translate these into scalable SF Time Off functional specifications.
• Configure Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Absence Types, Time Profiles, and Work Schedules.
• Set up complex Business Rules, workflows, permission roles (RBP), and approval processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between SF Time Off, Employee Central (EC), SF Time Tracking, and down-stream Payroll systems (e.g., ECP or 3rd-party payroll).
• Lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage cutover activities, data migration, and initial balance loads.
• Provide hypercare support, issue resolution, and system optimization post-implementation, alongside training/documentation for client administrators.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off
• Proven track record in SAP AMS and Project Services environments, cross-team decision-making, and technical mentorship.
• English is a must, Portuguese nice to have.
