A G2i Inc. em Portugal procura um(a) AI Developer para desenvolver soluções de Inteligência Artificial com foco em LLMs e integração de provedores de IA.

Requisitos incluem 6+ anos de experiência em IA, domínio de Python/Node.Js, RAG e bases de dados vetoriais como Pinecone, Weaviate e Chroma; é requerida fluência em inglês (B2) e disponibilidade para um regime híbrido 2x/semana em Porto ou Lisboa.

Qualificações

• Pelo menos 6 anos de experiência profissional em desenvolvimento de IA.
• Forte domínio de Python ou Node.Js.
• Experiência em sistemas RAG e gestão de contexto por hash.
• Experiência com bases de dados vetoriais (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Integração de múltiplos provedores de LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Compreensão de prompting e otimização de tokens.
• Fluência em Inglês (nível B2) é obrigatória.
• Modelo híbrido de trabalho: 2x/semana no Porto ou Lisboa; residente em Portugal ou com cidadania UE/permiso válido.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of professional experience with AI development
• Strong skills in Python or Node.Js
• Background in RAG systems implementation
• Experience with hash context management and optimizationProficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
