Axians Portugal is seeking an SAP HCM (TM) Consultant to join our team on international digital transformation projects. You will support evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance for +70 countries and +900 companies on S/4HANA 2023, with migration to RISE planned for Oct 2026.

The role requires strong SAP HR/HCM skills, time management with time evaluation and CATS, solid analytical abilities, and English at least B2. Portuguese and German are a plus; travel to Europe is expected.

We’re looking to hire a SAP HCM (TM) Consultant to join our Team in digital transformation projects.

Project Scope:

Be part of the SAP HR team, that is responsible for evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance in an international project, for +70 countries and +900 companies, on S4/HANA 2023 (to be migrated to RISE in October 2026)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Time management with time evaluation and CATS (Cross- Application Timesheets)
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
• English (at least B2 level)

Nice to Have:

• Portuguese
• German
• International payroll

Location:

• Portugal
