Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP PP professional to provide application management services for production planning related processes. You will manage incidents, problems, changes and service requests while supporting Forecast-to-Stock and manufacturing execution across core SAP modules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SAP PP in manufacturing, with SAP S/4HANA AMS and ITIL knowledge, coupled with strong problem-solving and customer-focused abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting SAP PP processes within manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Application Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Analyze and coordinate resolution of issues related to Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Work Centers, and Production Execution.
• Perform root cause analyses and identify recurring issues to ensure system stability.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
