Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM specialist to manage and improve incident- and change-driven support in a production SAP environment. You will collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless Lead-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes in SAP S/4HANA.

Fluent English is mandatory, and the role requires availability to work 3 days a week at the Porto Office, within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting SAP SD/MM in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Experience working with external service providers.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Changes for SAP SD/MM processes, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze and coordinate resolution of issues related to Sales Order Management, Deliveries, Billing, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Perform root cause analyses and coordinate permanent corrective actions with service partners.
• Maintain operational documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.

What will you do?

• Manage and resolve Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Changes for SAP SD/MM processes, ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay business processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze and coordinate the resolution of application issues related to Sales Order Management, Deliveries, Billing, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
• Perform root cause analyses, coordinate permanent corrective actions, and review solution proposals from external service partners.
• Maintain operational documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
