Seeking senior SAP HCM Consultant for client in Portugal

Role Overview

• Position: SAP HCM Consultant with SuccessFactors
• Location: Fully remote
• Duration: 3–4 months (with possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and Time Management.
• Manage and optimize payroll processes for Portugal and Spain, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT regarding HCM and payroll-related topics.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party solutions.
• Participate in or lead the rollout of HR digitalisation initiatives across Iberia.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to align payroll outputs with regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Train and support HR users on system functionalities and new processes.
