We’re hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the rollout and implementation of an international SAP program for a leading global mobility company.

If you're passionate about business processes, ERP solutions, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic automotive/distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of SAP FI/CO modules within an international project scope.
• Support the definition and rollout of the company´s corporate vehicles and aftersales business model across Southern Europe.
• Lead GAP analyses, contribute to scope definition, and propose integrated solutions that align with corporate and local market needs.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure full documentation and reporting for your assigned workstream.
• Facilitate integration activities with external systems and ensure the reliability of existing interfaces.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for vehicle and aftersales directors, clearly communicating project updates and managing expectations.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Application Maintenance team to identify and prioritize enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with SAP FICO in international projects.
• Proven background in automotive, distribution, or consumer goods industries.
• Solid understanding of ERP rollout methodology (Waterfall), including design, testing, training, data migration, and cutover strategy.
• Experience in 3rd-party system integrations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear business language.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); basic Spanish required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce (SF).
• Knowledge of SAP corporate templates and multi-country rollouts.

Location & Travel:

• Hybrid model.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time across Europe.
