Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP CS/PM consultant to provide expert IT support and functional consultancy within complex environments. The candidate will support ECC 6.0 environments and help evolve toward newer SAP versions, while managing end-to-end service management in SAP CS, including incidents, billing, and service contracts.

The role requires strong ABAP debugging skills, experience with Agile and tools like Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft 365, and English at least at B2

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience with SAP ECC 6.0 CS and PM modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT support and functional consultancy for SAP CS and PM modules.
• Support SAP ECC 6.0 environments and contribute to evolution toward newer SAP versions.
• Manage end-to-end service management processes within SAP CS, including incident management, service orders, billing, and service contract configuration.
• Perform detailed technical issue analysis within SAP, using ABAP debugging.
• Efficiently process and clarify support tickets within ITSM systems, ensuring timely resolution.
