Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP PP specialist to join our Porto team. You will provide SAP PP application management for manufacturing processes, manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests, and support Forecast-to-Stock and manufacturing execution workflows.

You should have at least 5 years of SAP PP experience in manufacturing, solid knowledge of production planning and MES, SAP S/4HANA Application Management, ITIL service management, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP PP experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Application Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP PP application management for SAP PP-related business processes.
• Manage Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Service Requests.
• Support Forecast-to-Stock and manufacturing execution processes.
• Analyze and coordinate resolution of issues related to MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Execution.
• Perform root cause analyses and identify recurring issues to ensure system stability.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
