Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP Application Support specialist to join our Porto delivery centre. You will support SAP QM and IM modules, manage incidents and changes, and collaborate with business users to resolve issues in an SLA-driven environment.

Required: at least 5 years in SAP QM/IM, S/4HANA knowledge, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency. The role offers a hybrid work model with visa/relocation support for international candidates within Portugal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP QM/IM experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA support organizations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Changes for SAP QM and IM processes.
• Support business users in resolving operational issues across SAP Quality Management and Inventory Management modules.
• Analyze and coordinate issue resolution related to Quality Inspections, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Goods Movements, and Physical Inventory.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of solutions and procedures, coordinating activities with key users and service providers.
