Job summary

Aubay Portugal invites experienced SAP consultants to join our Finance practice, focusing on SAP FI and Group Reporting within SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments. You will manage projects, analyze change requests, and oversee incidents and consolidations across global SAP landscapes.

English proficiency is essential; German is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work model with three days per week at the Porto office and strong opportunities for career development and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as SAP consultant in SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (SAP FI) and SAP Group Reporting.
• Solid SAP customizing skills to implement and optimize business processes within SAP landscapes.
• Experience with financial consolidation processes, ideally in SAP SEM-BCS, SAP Group Reporting, and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven project management experience as a Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager within SAP-related initiatives.
• Excellent English language skills are mandatory; German language skills are desirable.
• Available to work 3 times per week at the Aubay Porto office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and support projects and operational services within the Finance application landscape, focusing on SAP FI and Group Reporting.
• Analyze, design, and implement change requests with business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of incident, problem, and service request management for day-to-day operations.
• Support period-end and year-end closing activities, including interface monitoring and error analysis.
• Contribute to strategic global initiatives for transforming and standardizing business processes and systems across SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments.
• Play a key role in modernizing the consolidation and reporting landscape, focusing on SAP Group Reporting.
