Bosch Service Solutions Lisbon is seeking a CRM support specialist to assist the Product Owner and CRM experts in Sales and Service Cloud projects across regions. You will create and maintain SAP C4C training materials and deliver end-user trainings to enable effective usage of CRM tools.

The role requires CRM implementation and support experience, strong presentation skills, and ability to work in a global, multi-cultural team within an Agile framework.

Qualificações

• University degree in IT/Business with CRM focus.
• At least 3 years experience with CRM solutions.
• Experience implementing CRM solutions is mandatory.
• Experience in support processes is mandatory.
• Excellent presentation skills are mandatory.
• Familiar with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar tracking tool.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts and C4C Team in general.
• Provide support for Sales and Service modules to end users across regions per the Support Concept.
• Communicate with departments to support Sales/Service Cloud implementation.
• Create, maintain and improve SAP C4C training documentation.
• Organize and deliver trainings to SAP C4C end-users.
• Provide support in testing activities (UAT, regression, integration).
• Cooperate with technical department during implementation and bug fixes.
• Assist during creation of documents for business/technical requirements.
• Test SAP Sales and Service solution and document bugs.
• Manage manual and automated data imports into the system.
• Document processes and interfaces; work on data quality checks.
