Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Portugal is seeking a Senior Product Owner & Team Leader to shape a digital web application within the Bosch Data Analytics environment.

You will combine strategic product ownership with team leadership, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology experts, UX specialists, and an international team. Your goal is to translate business needs into valuable, user-centric solutions while enabling your team to deliver with quality, agility and impact.

Qualificações

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Experience: 5+ years professional experience; 3+ years as Product Owner in agile/Scrum.
Experience leading/international teams.
Knowledge of web applications, APIs, Azure, GitHub, Jira; UX/UI familiarity; data analytics.
English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

Own and prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product priorities.
Manage the product lifecycle from requirements and UX/UI through testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate release management and ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders.
Manage product capacity, budget, and service-level agreements.
Lead and support an international, distributed team within the Tribe Data Analytics.
Foster agile ceremonies and a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Support onboarding, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the design and conception of data analytics and digital platform solutions.

Manage the product lifecycle, from requirements and UX/UI design through testing, releases, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Equivalent professional experience is also welcome.

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile/Scrum environment.
Experience leading or coordinating teams in an international environment.
Experience with digital products, data analytics, or technology platforms is an advantage.
