Job summary

Bosch Group Aveiro is hiring for an AI Solutions role focused on end-to-end Generative AI development and agentic workflows. You will design, prototype and deploy AI products, integrate with SAP ECC/S4HANA, build prompts and tool workflows using Python, and collaborate with AI specialists and ERP experts to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration)
• Several years of hands-on GenAI/agentic AI development and deployment experience
• Experience with SAP ERP integration (ECC and/or S4HANA) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms
• Experience with SAP integration technologies including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST and SOAP APIs
• Databricks, workflow automation or MCP experience is a plus
• Understanding of sales, CRM, pricing or customer intelligence processes is advantageous
• Very good English skills

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Develop AI solutions end to end:

Design, prototype, implement, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their technical lifecycle.

Build hands-on AI solutions:

Develop prompts, agent workflows and tool integrations using Python, enterprise AI platforms and workflow automation tools such as n8n.

Connect AI with SAP:

Integrate AI solutions with SAP ERP environments, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, using APIs, MCPs, webhooks and established SAP integration technologies.

Shape robust interfaces:

Define clear technical interface requirements for SAP platform teams, including OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST and SOAP APIs.

Translate business needs into technology:

Work closely with AI Specialists, Data Engineers, ERP experts and business stakeholders to translate use cases and user feedback into effective AI solutions and technical requirements.

Prototype and experiment:

Rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes, evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to bring them into production.

Drive product value:

Co-own the lifecycle of AI products after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, continuous improvement and scaling across business areas and geographies.

Enable measurable impact:

Focus on solutions that improve business processes, user experience and operational efficiency while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education:

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.

Experience:

Several years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.

Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Know-how:

Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.

Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST and SOAP APIs.

Experience with Databricks, workflow automation or MCP is a plus.

Understanding of sales, CRM, pricing or customer intelligence processes is advantageous.
