Next Engineering is seeking a Salesforce Loyalty Expert to translate engagement strategies into scalable Salesforce solutions in Porto, Portugal. You’ll design loyalty programs, lead discovery workshops, and shape requirements into clear designs for Salesforce Loyalty Management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advise on best practices, and implement integrations. Fluent English required; around 4 years of experience; base salary 1100–1400 EUR plus benefits.

Qualificações

• 4 years of experience in Salesforce Loyalty or related Loyalty solutions
• Experience designing loyalty programs with tiers, points, rewards, promotions and customer journeys
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into clear solution designs
• Knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory

What you’ll do:

• Design loyalty programs covering tiers, points, rewards, promotions and customer journeys.
• Lead discovery workshops and shape business requirements into clear solution designs.
• Design Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions and integration approaches.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with business, product and technical teams to support implementation and optimization.

What you’ll do:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management and customer loyalty solutions.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements and Salesforce solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leading workshops.
• Knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and Salesforce Flow.
• Customer-focused, data-driven and collaborative mindset.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator and Loyalty Management Accreditation are a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
