Job summary

Affinity seeks a Salesforce Developer to join our Lisbon team, delivering solutions with Apex, LWC, and Aura. You will configure Sales Cloud, build integrations, and contribute to architecture decisions in an Agile environment.

You’ll work on complex data models with SOQL, ensuring security and compliance, and participate in testing and CI/CD practices. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, validation rules, setup).
• Experience with APIs and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps.
• Solid SOQL knowledge and data security understanding (Platform and Service Cloud).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Unit and integration testing experience.
• Agile methodology familiarity and ability to participate in design discussions.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Configure Salesforce Platform and Service Cloud per business needs.
• Design and develop integrations with external systems.
• Contribute to technical and solution design decisions with architectural input.

What we’re looking for:

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, validation rules, and platform setup.
• Experience developing APIs and integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, and Contact Center platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, including querying large enterprise data volumes.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data and security models, particularly Salesforce Platform and Service Cloud.
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including user stories, refinement, and sprints.
• Ability to contribute to solution design and architecture discussions is highly valued.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
