team.it is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Porto team. You will design and build on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, LWC, and flows to automate business processes and integrations with external systems such as Docebo LMS and SAP.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment is required. The role requires 5+ years of proven Salesforce Dev experience, English fluency, and a passion for sustainable, customer-focused delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform Fundamentals (objects, fields, security, workflows).
• Hands-on Apex, triggers, classes, and custom development.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Data architecture, modeling, synchronization, and migration strategies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms (Docebo LMS, SAP, etc.).
• Git, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD and version control workflows.
• Agile/Scrum environment collaboration; English fluency required.

Salesforce Developer - Is that you?

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform Fundamentals, including objects, fields, relationships, security model, workflows, and automation.
• Hands‑on expertise with Apex, triggers, classes, and custom development.
• Solid experience building user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, process automation, and business workflow optimization.
• Experience with REST API, SOAP API, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, synchronization, and migration strategies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms such as Docebo LMS, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience using Git, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and version control workflows.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Talend or other ETL and data integration tools.
