powertalent is seeking a Mid Salesforce Developer in Portugal who is more than a Salesforce specialist, curious, technically grounded, and eager to grow beyond a single technology stack. You will join a collaborative, non-hierarchical team where ownership matters and pair programming is the norm.

The role requires strong Apex, LWC/Aura, REST/SOAP integration capabilities, and solid Salesforce configuration skills, with 2 days in the Lisbon office and 3 days remote.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, ideally Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex development: classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience building Lightning Components with LWC and/or Aura.
• Hands-on REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, automation.
• Ability to create UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and tech specs.
• Experience with unit testing, bug fixing, and defect analysis.
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

We're looking for a Mid Salesforce Developer who is more than a Salesforce specialist, someone who is curious, technically grounded, and excited to grow beyond a single technology stack.

You'll join a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment where ownership matters, pair programming is the norm, and initiative is valued over waiting for direction.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, ideally in Service Cloud; experience with Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI), or Data Cloud is also welcome
• Strong Apex development skills, including classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
• Experience building Lightning Components with LWC and/or Aura
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including Flows, Validation Rules, and automation
• Ability to create technical documentation such as UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
