Planck Technologies is expanding its software development team and seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The role emphasizes integration with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and robust CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative, Agile environment.

The successful candidate will own technical delivery, enforce best practices, and partner with analysts and product owners to translate requirements

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience developing solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for system integrations.
• Strong experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), source-driven development, and Git-based workflows.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data integration, migration, and quality initiatives across Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, integrity, and compliance across the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and deployment automation tools.
• Participate in code reviews while promoting development standards and best practices.
• Develop unit tests and ensure code coverage aligns with Salesforce development standards.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and external partners to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments;

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications;
• Experience with Informatica, ETL processes, and Salesforce data migration projects;
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, middleware, and Salesforce platform security (Shield, encryption);
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Heroku, or Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics;
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and other enterprise systems;
• Continuous learning mindset with a proactive approach to adopting new Salesforce technologies.
