• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing mechanisms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems and contact center platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Support deployments, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Experience developing and supporting API-based integrations.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing mechanisms.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
