Hexa Consulting is recruiting a Salesforce Developer to join our Client’s team in a remote-work model based in Portugal. Expect to develop, maintain and optimize Salesforce apps using Apex and Lightning Web Components, collaborating with business stakeholders and QA teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of integrations, data migrations, and Git-based workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components experience.
• Declarative configuration and customization knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders and QA teams.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems with secure data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce applications and components.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests; ensure release readiness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
• Support junior developers with knowledge sharing and guidance.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration practices.
• Experience with Git for source control management.
• Solid understanding of unit testing, integration testing and debugging in Salesforce environments.
• Experience with technical documentation and code review practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Responsibility, adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
