Job summary

team.it is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business and tech teams in Portugal. You will gather requirements from Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, translate needs into functional specs and user stories, and support digital transformation of commercial processes.

You'll configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, manage lead, opportunity, account and contact data, and drive UAT, reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation or enhancement projects.
Strong knowledge of Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, and Pipeline Management.
Hands-on experience with Forecasting, Sales Processes, and Sales Path configuration.
Practical knowledge of Flow Builder, Reports, and Dashboards.
Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and business processes.
Strong understanding of profiles, permissions, roles, and data visibility models.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and backlog management.
Ability to conduct workshops and manage stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
Knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
Support the design, optimization, and digital transformation of commercial and sales processes.
Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions with cross-functional teams.
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions, and ensure business readiness.
Create functional documentation, process flows, user guides, and support continuous improvement initiatives within Salesforce.
