Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions in Lisbon. This role requires over 5 years of experience in Salesforce or CRM implementation, ensuring client needs are met through tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid working model, health insurance, and various wellness programs.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM implementation experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others, with hands-on experience in at least two large-scale, full life-cycle implementations.
• Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and the ability to architect solutions that align with business goals.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with a structured approach.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
