A leading IT consulting company in Lisbon is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect with experience in the TELCO industry. The ideal candidate will manage both pre-sales activities and Salesforce projects, creating training materials, coordinating demos, and leading delivery teams. This role requires solid knowledge of Salesforce communications cloud and adaptability to different contexts. Candidates should be motivated for international projects and possess a good level of English.

Qualificações

• Experience in the TELCO industry is crucial.

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect!

Mission: We are looking for an experienced professional in the BSS/CRM area, specifically in salesforce platform. The candidate will be a key element on our salesforce CRM offer, responsible to build our internal knowledge and delivery capacity on salesforce solutions, namely communications cloud. Be our main architect on both pre-sales activities, and salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Support/coordinate poCs and demos (internally and with customers).
• Create training materials.
• Carryout training sessions.
• People recruitment.
• Lead salesforce architect on delivery projects.

Requirements

• TELCO industry experience.
• Salesforce communications cloud (including EPC/CPQ and order management).
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients.
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included.
• Willingness to collaborate with other players
• Good Level of english.
