Decision in Porto seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a hybrid role. You will configure Salesforce, manage data quality, implement automation with Flows and Process Builder, and provide user training and support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Salesforce administration, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle integrations with ERP/marketing tools, and ensure security and compliance.

Qualificações

• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• 5+ years of proven Salesforce Admin experience.
• Experience with flows, process builder, and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
• Provide end-user support and training and develop documentation.

Responsibilities

• o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features.

Years of experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• o Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets.

• o Perform data imports, updates, and exports using tools like Data Loader.
