Divine Home, a leading Algarve real estate agency, seeks a Sales Support Specialist to bridge buyers and agents, converting warm leads into viewing appointments and guiding clients through their buying journey in Portugal.

The role emphasizes client profiling, advisory on mortgage needs, lead conversion, and close collaboration with agents, while nurturing long-term relationships in a dynamic, international team. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you are the vital bridge between potential buyers and our estate agents. You play a key role in converting warm leads into successful viewing appointments and guiding clients through their buying journey in Portugal.

Every client’s journey is unique. Some are ready to make a decision, while others need guidance and market insights.

Your key responsibilities:

Client Profiling: Actively listen to prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and timeline.

Advisory & Qualification: Identify mortgage/financial advice needs and establish concrete travel plans for viewings.

Lead Conversion: Proactively guide warm leads toward scheduled viewing appointments.

Agent Collaboration: Partner closely with estate agents to curate matching properties, organize viewing schedules, and support on-site logistics.

Relationship Nurturing: Re-engage clients who didn't buy immediately, keeping them updated on new listings to secure future viewings.
