Job summary

Lux Home Portugal, the brand supporting Lux Home Algarve’s national expansion, is seeking a Real Estate Consultant for Porto and surrounding areas. The role requires at least 2 years of real estate experience (Portugal experience a plus) and fluent English. You will develop our presence in Porto, work with premium properties, and grow with an ambitious team offering attractive commissions.

Location: Porto and surrounding areas. Full-time collaboration as an independent service provider.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Portugal; experience outside Portugal does not count.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of the Portuguese property market, buying/selling processes, and related documentation.
• Good knowledge of Porto and its surrounding property markets.
• Excellent communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Honest, reliable, and passionate about real estate.
• Motivated to help develop Lux Home Portugal in Porto and build a long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source and list premium properties for sale in Porto and surrounding areas.
• Expand the portfolio by building relationships with property owners and buyers.
• Guide clients through their property journey in Portugal.
• Organise and conduct property viewings with professionalism.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service through clear and honest communication.
• Build local brand visibility and represent Lux Home Portugal with elegance and enthusiasm.

Your Role

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will represent Lux Home Portugal in Porto, offering expert guidance and bespoke services to Portuguese and international clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and listing premium properties for sale in Porto and surrounding areas
• Expanding our portfolio by developing strong relationships with property owners and buyers
• Guiding clients throughout their property journey in Portugal
• Organising and conducting property viewings with professionalism
• Negotiating deals and coordinating with the parties involved to ensure smooth transactions
• Providing outstanding customer service through clear and honest communication
• Building local brand visibility and representing Lux Home Portugal with elegance and enthusiasm

Your Profile

• A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in real estate in Portugal is essential. Experience exclusively outside Portugal does not meet this requirement.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• A solid understanding of the Portuguese property market, buying and selling processes, and associated documentation
• Good knowledge of Porto and its surrounding property markets
• Excellent communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills
• Well-presented, approachable, and client-oriented
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Honest, reliable, and passionate about real estate
• Motivated to help develop our presence in Porto and build a long-term collaboration
