Atlean World in the Algarve seeks a Real Estate Manager/Consultant to service high-net-worth clients in the luxury property market. You will manage relationships, promote premium listings, and guide the sales process from visits to closing.

This role offers a progressive commission structure, strong training, and direct access to clients within a global brand. Residency in the Algarve is required, with own vehicle beneficial.

How your day will look like:

As a Real Estate Manager/Consultant or Private Broker, your days will be dynamic and focused on high-value client management and property transactions within the luxury segment.

• Client Management:Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth national and international clients.
• Property Promotion:Presenting and promoting the luxury property portfolio in the Algarve region.
• Negotiation:Managing the entire sales process, from property visits to closing the deal.
• Market Analysis:Staying updated on the premium real estate market trends.
• Proactive Prospecting:Identifying new business opportunities and managing your goals autonomously.

• Ensure mandatory prerequisites:Residency in the Algarve region(Albufeira, Loulé, Portimão, Faro, Silves, Tavira, Lagos),driver's license, and own vehicle.
