Job summary

Home Depot Lisbon is seeking Sales Specialists to help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering product options, samples, and solutions—including installation and financing options.

You will listen to customer needs, highlight promotions, and guide customers through the shopping experience while aiming to meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics. You will also help keep the store clean and organized as part of a collaborative team.

Sales Specialists are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Sales Specialists also help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service—while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
