Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon, responsible for driving sales of Natura Living’s rattan furniture and lifestyle collections. This role includes greeting and advising customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product options that reflect the brand’s sustainable and bohemian values. The Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, process orders and payments, manage follow-ups, and support visual merchandising to maintain an inviting, brand-aligned environment. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate sales records, meeting sales targets, collaborating with the team on promotions, and providing feedback to management on customer trends and product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, engage visitors, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Proven Sales abilities, with experience in retail or showroom environments and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Sales Management and Training capabilities, such as supporting team performance, sharing best practices, and helping onboard new team members.
• Interest in sustainable design, home décor, or furniture, with the ability to convey product stories and craftsmanship to customers.
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed, and to stand and move around the showroom during shifts.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools for inventory, sales reporting, and customer communication.
• Prior experience in lifestyle, home, or furniture brands is an advantage; vocational training or education in sales, retail, or related fields is beneficial.
