Sherpany, a Swiss market leader in meeting management software, is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to power its sales engine. You’ll own Salesforce, drive data quality, automate processes, and build dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across commercial teams.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; leverage AI tools to boost productivity, and help onboard new teammates.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, including automation, reporting, data management, and CRM best practices.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to increase productivity and improve business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve Salesforce, ensuring it supports our commercial teams with reliable data, scalable processes, and effective automations.
• Partner with Sales leaders, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve the way we operate.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive CRM data quality, governance, and operational excellence across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and identify smarter ways of working.
• Support onboarding and enablement by ensuring new team members adopt our systems and best practices quickly.
