Siemens Energy seeks an AI Expert to accelerate its digital transformation within Sales Operations. You will design and scale AI-enabled solutions, improving productivity and decision-making across stakeholders in Sales, Engineering, Digital, Legal, and Operations.

You will help embed AI into revenue-critical processes and future service models while collaborating with InnovateX and NSM teams to expand capabilities and governance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years delivering AI solutions in industrial, engineering, service or commercial settings.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, and automation tech.
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations, bid/proposal management, pricing, and knowledge management.
• Proven ability to scale AI initiatives from pilots to sustainable operations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI solutions to optimize sales operations and proposal turnaround.
• Develop AI-powered knowledge management and automation to boost productivity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into new technologies and service offerings.
• Support commercial excellence through AI-enabled pricing analytics and decision-support tools.
• Establish AI governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
