Bitsight is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to orchestrate Salesforce config, data governance, and AI-ready data hygiene in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will own end-to-end Salesforce changes, automate processes, and support release cycles with Gearset.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing data quality initiatives. A focus on AI readiness and scalable admin practices ensures reliable GTM workflows and efficient operations.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a business systems role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience: fields, objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and ideally some Apex exposure.
• Strong attention to detail: you notice when something is inconsistent and you fix it properly.
• Clear written communication skills: you can document what you've built and why, in a way others can follow.
• Experience owning small-to-medium Salesforce projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tooling in a GTM or RevOps context, or strong curiosity to learn.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Builder certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day Salesforce configuration across the platform including fields, objects, layouts, flows and rules.
• Own ad-hoc business change requests end-to-end from requirements through delivery.
• Support release preparation: testing, documentation, and deployment coordination in Gearset.
• Data stewardship and AI-readiness enforcement: field naming, metadata hygiene, and quality dashboards.
• Own BAU administration: user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, access management, and permission sets.
• Document processes to make configurations repeatable and AI-friendly as context.
