Bitsight is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own day-to-day configuration, data quality, and AI-readiness enforcement in a B2B SaaS environment. You will handle change requests end-to-end, manage releases with Gearset, and maintain metadata hygiene across fields and objects.

You will also run data quality audits, build Flow and validation rules, and own the BAU admin queue with strong documentation practices and collaboration with the GTM/RevOps teams.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a business systems role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience: fields, objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and Apex exposure.
• High attention to detail, spotting inconsistencies and fixing them properly.
• Clear written communication skills for documentation that others can follow.
• Experience owning small-to-medium Salesforce projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tooling in a GTM or RevOps context, or strong curiosity to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day Salesforce configuration.
• Own ad hoc business change requests from requirements through to delivery, handling fields, objects, flows, page layouts, and automation.
• Operate independently on complex configuration within the team’s quality gate, using technical judgement to decide when to escape vs. execute.
• Support release preparation, assisting with testing, documentation, and deployment coordination in Gearset.
• Data stewardship and AI-readiness enforcement, ensuring field descriptions, naming conventions, object hygiene, and metadata consistency.
• Run regular data quality audits, flag degradation or gaps before they become incidents, and own data quality dashboards and hygiene reports.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flow and validation rule automation, seeking opportunities to automate away manual work.
• BAU administration and support: Manage the Business Systems support queue and Slack channel as primary coverage owner—triage, prioritise, resolve, and escalated as needed.
• Document processes as a first-class responsibility, creating repeatable, transferable documentation that AI tools can use as reliable context.
• Own the BAU admin queue: user provisioning, onboarding and off-boarding, permission set assignments, and routine access management.
