A TD SYNNEX está a recrutar um(a) profissional para apoiar a função de vendas interna em Portugal, com foco no processamento de encomendas e na emissão de cotações precisas. A posição envolve gestão de cargas de trabalho diárias, resolução de dúvidas de clientes e apoio aos objetivos da equipa.

Procura-se pessoa com atenção aos detalhes, orientação a resultados e capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em equipa. O papel pode incluir adaptação de turnos para responder às necessidades do negócio.

Qualificações

• Atenção a detalhes elevada e orientação a resultados.

• Boas competências de comunicação, gestão de tempo e numeracia.
• Conhecimento básico de SAP R3 e ferramentas de Office.

Responsabilidades

• Processar encomendas diárias e atividades de cotação.
• Carregar pedidos e processar encomendas eletrónicas.
• Apoyar todas as atividades de vendas para atingir metas.
• Gerir consultas de clientes de forma eficaz e profissional.
• Desenvolver relações com a equipa de Vendas Interna.
• Encaminhar questões ao Sales Operations Team Leader ou Manager.
• Dar apoio proativo ao negócio com necessidade de turnos.

Job Purpose

Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations. Responsibilities

Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required Knowledge Skills And Experience
