Lectra is seeking a Sales Administrator in Setúbal, Portugal, to ensure accurate processing of sales orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Field teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and efficient service execution.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and experience with Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce; knowledge of Conga is a plus. Proactive multitasking and precise communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or equivalent; Associate degree acceptable.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office suite; strong data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, process, and invoice sales orders using ERP (Conga, Oracle ERP, SAP).
• Payment follow-up in collaboration with HQ and local Accounting, including bank guarantees coordination.
• First point of contact for customers for information, order confirmations, lead times, payments and claims handling.
• Shipping and Delivery coordination for Equipment and Software deliveries; prepare and transmit shipping documents per Incoterms.
