TCL Electronics Europe in Portugal seeks an Administration & Logistics Specialist to support the development of the business. You will manage orders end-to-end, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain delivery tracking across Europe.

The role requires strong Excel skills and fluent English and Portuguese, with Chinese as a plus. You will collaborate with Finance and local platforms in Spain and other offices, develop dashboards, and provide customer reports to streamline operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and International Trade or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain preferred.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Chinese preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP knowledge valued.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders from receipt to invoicing with price/quantities/deadlines.
• Ensure smooth delivery tracking and accurate status updates.
• Coordinate payments tracking with Finance team.
• Resolve order/delivery disputes and manage damaged deliveries.
• Maintain daily updates in tracking tools.
• Communicate with TCL stakeholders across Europe.

Administration & Logistics Specialist who will contribute to develop the business of the company in Portugal.

Key accountabilities

The collaborator guarantees that the products delivered correspond to the order placed by the customer in terms of price, quantities and deadlines. He also provides support in order to ensure the good accounting situation and customer satisfaction in the area.

• - Process the orders from the beginning, from reception of the order, shipping, to customer invoicing
• - Ensure a smooth and effective delivery tracking
• - Follow the payment tracking with Finance team
• - Resolve the disputes related to orders and / or deliveries manage damaged deliveries and input the credit note into the system
• - Make a daily update in the common tracking tool
• - Management of close communication with the customers
• - Develop dashboards and activity monitoring, sales data analysis, and customer reports
• - Daily contact with the local platforms in Spain and other offices around Europe

Candidate profile

• - Bachelor's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualifications
• - Experience in logistics and supply chain preferred
• - Languages: the person must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Chinese preferred.
• - Interest in developing successful experience in logistics and supply chain
• - Proficient in Excel. SAP working knowledge will be valued.
• - Able to work under pressure and have efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
