Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as a Sales Agent for a client, focusing on understanding customer needs and persisting in following up with leads to convert them into sales.

What You Will Do

• Selling premium insurance for a world-renowned brand to existing and new customers.
• Act as a loyal advocate for the brand, supporting customers to understand the benefits of the insurance services available.
• Provide peace of mind and security to loyal and new customers.
• Maintain high motivation, strong work ethic and persistence.

Your Qualifications

• High level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2).
• Prior outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO experience.
• Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, build rapport and establish trust.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince customers to purchase insurance.
• Self-motivation.
• Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
