Laskasas is seeking a SALES DEVELOPER to join the international sales team in Rebordosa, Porto. You will prospect, manage leads, present products, and help hit monthly and annual targets with CRM discipline.

Fluency in English and Portuguese, strong negotiation, IT skills, and a track record in B2B sales are essential. The role requires a self-motivated, target-driven professional willing to travel for on-site visits and trade events.

With an aggressive plan to expand internationally, through current and new business models, we are seeking to strengthen our commercial team for international markets, recruiting for SALES DEVELOPER (M/F) position to work in Rebordosa, Porto.

Main Responsabilities:

• Prospect new clients;
• Establish new business;
• Demonstrate and present products and services;
• Manage leads and identify business opportunities;
• Maintain accurate records on CRM;
• Manage, organize, and update company/customer data on an ongoing basis
• Review sales performance;
• Work towards monthly or annual targets;
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
• Meet with clients virtually or during on-site sales visits;

Minimum requirements:

• Experienced in the use of CRM, including Activity Planning;
• Experience in B2B sales and customer management;
• Self-motivated and driven by targets;
• Resilience;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – including both verbal and written;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others;
• Commercial awareness;
• IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
• Numerical skills.
