Sales Representative (Italian Speaker) Lisbon, Portugal (Remote)

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote within Portugal; relocation support available)
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), 08:0019:00 on a rotational shift basis
• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,024 (gross) per month x 14 payments/year
• Performance Bonus: 225 per month x 12 months
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per month (12 months)
• Health Insurance: Effective from Day 1 (employee contribution; becomes free after 6 months)
• Welcome Bonus: Paid in 4 installments (each contingent on <6% absenteeism):
  • After 3 months (4th month payout)
  • After 6 months (7th month payout)
  • After 9 months (10th month payout)
  • After 12 months (13th month payout)
• Relocation Support (Lisbon only):
  • Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (economy class) after 6 months
  • Accommodation: Shared apartment at 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip) for up to 12 months
