Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Sales Agent – English to join our busy outbound team and drive growth. You will call new potential clients, present advertising solutions, guide sign-ups and help customers start using the platform.

You will manage your pipeline in a CRM, hit targets and contribute to the company's expansion in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The role offers training, a path to a permanent contract, and clear career progression.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in outbound sales (B2B is a plus).
• English C1 or higher.
• Comfortable with cold calling and working to targets.
• Interest in digital marketing.
• Living in Portugal, with EU work authorisation.
