Job summary

Fischer Connectors, part of Conextivity Group, is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with deep expertise in MM, SD, WM, and PP to lead the migration from ECC to S/4HANA and support ongoing SAP solutions.

The role combines functional SAP work with project management responsibilities and requires strong engagement with business stakeholders across modules. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, with a hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM/SD/WM/PP.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC (mandatory).

• Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination.

MISSION

We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented SAP Consultant with strong expertise in Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP). The successful candidate will play a key role in the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, while also supporting and improving existing SAP solutions. This position combines functional expertise with project management responsibilities and strategic business engagement.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• SAP Application Management & Development
• Ensure availability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP MM/SD/WM/PP modules.
• Analyse, design, and configure business processes into SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Drive or support the transition from ECC to S/4HANA, including testing, data migration, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP experts (FI/CO, HR, etc.) to ensure end-to-end process integration.
• Design flexible, scalable, and future-ready SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications, testing scripts, and documentation for change requests and enhancements.
• User Training and Enablement
• Provide day-to-day support and coaching to super-users and end users.
• Develop and deliver SAP training materials, workshops, and best practices sessions.
• Foster a culture of self-service, autonomy, and continuous improvement in SAP usage.
• Project and Change Management
• Act as Project Manager or Workstream Lead for SAP-related projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the definition of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and external consultants in alignment with business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and process optimization through SAP innovations (e.g., Fiori apps, embedded analytics).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align SAP functionalities with strategic business goals.

Experience And Skills You Will Bring

• Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM, SD, WM, and/or PP.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse, procurement, and production operations.
• Strong analytical and solution-design skills.
• Experience with project coordination, Agile or traditional project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional context.
• Experience in preparing documentation, training, and change management.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
