Medtronic is seeking a Training & Education Manager to drive robotics training across Western Europe. You will design, deploy and evaluate programs for sales, system implementation and customer support while partnering with field management to develop the regional team.

The role requires travel up to 50% and involves hands-on delivery at a major training center. Ideal candidates have a medical device/clinical background, strong training delivery skills and the ability to operate in a global

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years combined experience in medical device sales/marketing, clinical experience, training delivery, or related areas.
• Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm for training and development.
• Knowledge of field sales structures, processes and culture.
• Operating Room knowledge, ideally robotic experience.
• Excellent influencing, presentation and facilitation skills with leadership ability.
• Experience in multicultural, global matrix organizations.
• Proven ability to navigate and collaborate across teams and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs across regional stakeholders and map skills gaps.
• Design and develop training courses aligning with goals, standardization and customization as needed.
• Deliver clinical and technical content using blended, synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to improve communication and continuous improvement.
