Capgemini Engineering, a leader in engineering services, seeks a Roaming Operations Engineer L2 to join the Core & Roaming Operations team in Lisbon. You will analyze and resolve complex incidents related to International Roaming services and act as the escalation point for the L1 team, coordinating with operators and vendors.

Key duties include RCA, defining corrective actions, documenting procedures, and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in operations, support, or engineering of Mobile Core and Roaming networks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in telecom environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish in a technical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve complex incidents escalated by the L1 team.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of roaming platforms and services.
• Conduct RCA and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate incident resolution with international operators, suppliers, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership during high-impact incidents and support training of L1 teams.
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities and contribute to evolution projects.
