Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon seeks an Engineering Unit Manager – Telecom Networks to lead a strategic engineering unit, drive growth, and ensure delivery excellence across complex telecom programs.

You will own the unit's P&L, develop strategic customer relationships, support pre-sales, and build capabilities for future growth while leading large, geographically distributed teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Telecommunications, Engineering Services, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven leadership of large engineering organizations or delivery centers.
• Strong P&L management and business development experience.
• Experience managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the unit's business and growth strategy.
• Own the P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved.
