CAPGEMINI ENGINEERING is seeking an OSS Architect to lead the design, evolution, and implementation of Operations Support Systems within complex telecom environments. You will define architectures that enable service fulfilment, assurance, orchestration, and operational excellence across networks.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, network engineering, and vendors to deliver scalable OSS solutions, support migration initiatives, and ensure robust integration with BSS and ITSM platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven OSS architecture design and implementation experience in telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of telecom operational processes and service lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with service fulfilment, inventory management, orchestration, and ITSM platforms.
• Strong OSS/BSS integration understanding and multi-vendor project experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and transformation programmes is desirable.
• Knowledge of TM Forum eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
• Experience producing HLDs, LLDs, and solution designs.
• Professional English level (C1) and telecom industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of OSS platforms for telecom operations.
• Define target OSS architectures aligned with business and operational needs.
• Ensure OSS/BSS integration across domains and operational models.
