Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a customer support specialist to manage repair/replacement process and RMA lifecycle for non-functional parts. You will be the main contact for end customers, providing information on service catalog offerings and ensuring deadlines are met.

The role requires fluent German, at least B2 English, strong Excel skills, and proactive communication. Hybrid work and on-call shifts are available, with opportunities to develop in a multinational team.

Qualificações

• Fluent German language required.
• Minimum B2 English.
• Strong communication skills and pro-activity.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work hybrid and shifts.
• On-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
